We are looking for an Administrator to join the Emergency and Security Services Team at IOC. This role is 7/7 rotating day shift. Please note that confidentiality is required for this role.
Reporting to the Superintendent and working in this fast-paced role you will:
Liaise with clients and visitors and assist with site access
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule visits, deliveries
Answer incoming calls and operate a multi-line telephone system
Be responsible for preparation of Site access enquiries and Site access cards daily
Manage site access in extremely challenging environment
Maintain ESS budget and manages team travel and expense reports
Be able to work in an emergency environment, obtain critical information, dispatch and maintain logs for Emergency protocols and Emergency response
Prepare reports for the business as required.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.

Computer literacy in MS Office applications
Previous office administration experience and knowledge
Experience in SAP utilization
Self-motivated, strong skills to structure and organize work
Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively interface with others
Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset
Previous dispatch experience is an asset
