The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support in the office including a full range of clerical support duties, and creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers and employees.ResponsibilitiesThis individuals responsibilities include:
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls professionally and in a timely manner
- Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing, mail and filing
- Filing and general office duties
- Handling cash, and bank deposits
- Maintaining lounge/breakroom areas
- Processing documents and help all departments as needed
- Administrative expertise and strong knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting processes
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Are a self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Have excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have a minimum Grade 12 education
