Your Contribution



As an Administrator, you will play a key role in processing, tracking, and maintaining the flow of orders. You will also help with submitting, following up with, and acquiring approvals, communicating with clients, and tracking and collecting client payments. A day in the life of an Administrator includes:

Recording and inputting detailed order information.

Creating, updating, and completing work orders.

Responding to client questions and collecting payments.

Preparing and filing documents electronically and physically.

Submitting information to funding agencies.

Your Qualifications



Computer skills including typing proficiency and MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Time management capabilities and flexibility.

The ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods, and lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

Customer service experience.

Capable of using a debit machine for processing debit/credit card payments

Product knowledge is considered an asset.

Applicants should be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people who have various special needs and be empathetic to their circumstances. Applicants must be compliant with public health and workplace safety regulations. A criminal record check may be required.
