Snap Dance Studios is seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Client Experience Coordinator.

You'll be the first point of contact for hundreds of current and potential clients. As one of our most visible representatives, you are our brand's ambassador! Your top-notch customer service will help us foster happy and loyal client relationships for years to come.

You:

Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service Are friendly, easy to work with and committed to building a welcoming, fun and professional culture Are a problem solver and confident interacting with people on the telephone, email and in-person Have a highly professional and caring attitude Have experience working in a very busy service environment Are a multi-tasker that is mature and can handle situations using logic and fairness all while upholding all studio policies Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Are tech-savvy, have a thorough understanding of word/pages, excel/numbers, and Google Drive, as well as experience with various software systems - and aren't afraid to dive in a learn something new
We are looking for an energetic, fun, hard-working self-starter who is available for daytime, evening and/or weekend hours.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
