The Role - Strategic Administrator and Partner Support



You'll be the backbone of our operations and the trusted right hand to the Partners. This is more than an admin role -- it's a chance to lead initiatives, streamline processes, and help shape the future of the firm.

Your Core Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for clients - warm, professional and proactive

- Manage all administration: phones, courier, document flow and office organization

- Prepare invoices, maintain receivables and support financial operations

- Handle government filings (i.e. T-slips, tax returns, GST returns) with precision

- Provide client support: tax balances, payment instructions and document requests

- Assist partners directly with special projects and strategic initiatives

- Lead client care initiatives and communications (newsletters, LinkedIn, website)

- Develop standard operating procedures and drive operational improvements

- Oversee software systems and all computer related technical requirements
