Job Description

We're looking for an

Administrator

to join our team and support both daily operations and client interactions in our busy furniture showroom. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and has an eye for design.

What you'll do:



Assist owner with estimating and client communications Schedule and coordinate client intake appointments Create and manage work orders for projects Assist clients with fabric selections and design details Help keep the showroom tidy and inviting (light cleaning tasks) Support the team with other administrative and organizational duties as needed

Requirements & Assets:



Highly organized, outgoing, and friendly Strong communication skills -- comfortable with clients in person, by phone, and by email An eye for design detail is an asset Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Details:



Part-time: ~20 hours per week to start Flexible schedule with potential for full-time in the future Position is in-person at our showroom location Students are welcome to apply Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is a plus
