Overview



We are a fast-paced renovation company where most jobs last only 1-2 weeks. We're looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive individual to act as the central point of contact between the field teams, our internal systems, and job costing workflows.

This role is critical to ensuring that job paperwork from the field is accurately entered into our ERP system, inventory usage is tracked, costs are captured, and all necessary follow-ups (warranty, payments, orders, etc.) are initiated without delay.

Key Responsibilities



Receive and review field paperwork from completed jobs Accurately enter job details into ERP system, including: Inventory used, Job costs and expenses, and Revenue recognition and collection status Flag and follow up on missing invoices, documentation, or discrepancies Coordinate next steps for jobs (e.g., warranty items, custom part orders, inspections) Ensure all job records are complete and auditable Communicate with field teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to close job files properly Assist in monitoring accounts payable/receivable related to each job Track and report on job performance metrics (cost vs revenue, missing data, etc.)

Key Skills & Qualifications



Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Familiarity with ERP systems (or a strong ability to learn them) Ability to understand and process field job information quickly Good understanding of inventory tracking and cost management Comfort reviewing job sketches, notes, and receipts Solid communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Experience in construction, renovations, or trade services is a plus
