Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator with a strong manufacturing background to oversee all office operations and administrative functions within our company.
Job Overview
• Report to Operations Manager and Corporate Administrator
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee all office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and support for day-to-day activities.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records.
• Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee wages.
• Manage group benefits programs, including health, dental, and other employee benefits.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate internal communication and act as a liaison between departments.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and other logistical needs.
• Provide general administrative support to senior management, as required.
• Provide HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards relevant to the manufacturing industry.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and employee benefit administration.
• Familiarity with HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management software and ERP System.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
