About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Administrative Technician to join our administrative group. This is a full-time, behind-the-scenes position focused on data accuracy, document management, and keeping our systems running smoothly.
If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from checking boxes, keeping things organized, and making sure every "i" is dotted - you'll fit right in.
You'll work closely with our Client Experience Manager, Compliance & Process Manager, and Marketing & Automation Lead - a skilled, respectful crew that's all about clarity, follow-through, and doing things right.
This role isn't customer-facing. It's for someone who loves structure, prefers supporting from the engine room, and finds flow in repetitive, focused tasks.
What You'll Do
Enter property and transaction data into systems (MLS, Follow Up Boss, internal spreadsheets)
Track listings and deals with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain internal documentation and compliance checklists
Schedule signage installs, removals, and updates
Support internal file reviews and audit readiness
Keep files clean and complete alongside our compliance and client experience leads
