Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support/Accounts Receivable to be a part of our fast-paced team. This an onsite position based out of our Fredericton office.

Salary: $41,000 - 42,000 annually
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Collections Duties:
Conducts a high volume of outbound calls to customers regarding the collection of past due and/or delinquent accounts
Distribute monthly statements to customer via email and mail
Aids customers with payment processing including daily cheque deposits, credit card processing and EFT payments
Present collections efforts and results during one-on-one meetings with direct manager and during group meetings with teammates and management team.
Tracks statistics on success of outbound collection calls.
Admin Duties:
Data entry of new contracts, job sales, and product sales into our CRM software
Upload and file copies of contracts for new customers
Customer account maintenance. Contact updates, changes to billing, PO's, etc.
Daily and consolidated month end invoicing
Process and apply credit memos as required.
Ensure accuracy in our invoice process, ensuring all relevant data is correct
Scheduling duties:
Interact with customers as necessary to ensure a world class service experience.
Capable of following written and verbal directions
Be highly organized with strong attention to details.
Respond to immediate issues within the course of a work shift
Review and adjust routes and appointments as needed in response to customer requests and colleague availability.
Communicate one on one with technicians to adjust assignments, add/remove locations, or reassign technicians to additional routes to assist peers and/or customers.
