Required Qualifications: Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration). Additional Required Qualifications: This position provides specialized administrative support in a leadership role for Rural West Addiction and Mental Health Clinics. Requires an ability to work well in a team environment, understanding of the purpose, goals of the team and the ability to bring forth ideas to assist the team. Must be able to work independently in a complex environment, be able to work under pressure handling multiple tasks, changing priorities and short deadlines. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective function of the office, assuming a leadership role to ensure that administrative support, human resource, site and building operations functions are performed to a consistent standard. The Administrative Coordinator ensures that ongoing planning and general development takes place within the clinics. Must demonstrate flexibility, initiative and a high degree of organization. Must demonstrate judgment and discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues. The position requires flexibility in hours to accommodate the demand of workload. Maintains a positive and professional image in dealing with a variety of issues of varying complexities which require diplomacy, tact and confidentiality. This position would work closely with other Administrative Coordinators within CZ AMH. Preferred Qualifications: Seasoned technical and professional experience and experience in working with diverse groups of people in a rapidly changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. High proficiency in SharePoint and tableau applications. Completion of a business program or equivalent 2 years post-secondary education (college level) in business procedures and office management. 5 years\' experience in Addiction and Mental Health preferably in a community-based system.
