The Administrative Support V is a key contributor to the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Department at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires flexibility, independence, and strong organizational skills to manage a variety of responsibilities, including employee scheduling using Workforce Management (WFM), payroll data entry and preparation for approval, coordination with Human Resources on staffing processes, and scheduling and registering patients for pulmonary diagnostic testing through Connect Care. Additional duties include organizing departmental meetings, maintaining confidential records, and performing a range of clerical tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the department.
