The Alberta Children's Hospital (ACH) is a bright, modern, family centered facility that is a cornerstone for quality care and research for the children of Calgary and southern Alberta. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of Admin V's to provide administrative support to a large Allied Health Portfolio (apprx. 425). Work assignment is focused on advanced payroll and scheduling liaison duties but also includes supportive roles with recruitment, procurement and supplies, access and systems management, data reporting clerical support and orientation, bookkeeping and other administrative duties as needed. Frequent professional collaboration with operational leaders, healthcare providers, staff scheduling, rotation management, abilities, human resources, finance and payroll is required. This is an informal leadership position that actively engages in a shared model of teamwork, flexibility and dedication to continuous improvement across a broad range of clinicians and services. Mentorship and training of other administrative positions is required.
