Provides clerical and administrative/operational support services and related information/guidance, in support of a specific department (Finance, Visitor Experience, Resource Conservation, External Relations, etc.)



This position is located in Revelstoke, BC. Remote work is not available.

Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to staff future vacancies starting in Fall 2025 and beyond. Vacancies may include the following:

Full-time CR-03 (Bilingual BBB/BBB) Full-time or part-time CR-04 (English Essential) Other vacancies as needed


CR-03 salary range: $51,798 - $55,877

CR-04 salary range: $57,397 - $61,953



This process may be used to create a list of qualified candidates to staff similar positions with various tenures, security levels or linguistic requirements in same or other parts of the country.

EDUCATION

Completion of secondary school, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.


Degree equivalency


EXPERIENCE

(CR03)

EX1: Recent experience in front-line customer service operations (on the phone or in person)

EX2: Recent experience using computers, including Microsoft Office and Internet navigation



(CR04)

EX3: Experience in the provision of administrative support.

EX4: Experience operating software such as email, spreadsheets and word processing.
