Position OverviewAs a key member of the Reconciliation team, will work closely with the corporate department to coordinate the retrieval of the bookings done by the team. In addition, the Coordinator will support the team with administrative tasks as well as be the replacement at reception. This position will report to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities
Respond to calls and emails that relate to inquiries from customers as well and CRC Agents who have questions.
Communicate verbally and in writing with CRC Agents or service providers to obtain or provide information.
Reach out to hotels to get copies of invoicing and update system with data.
Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions in order to prepare invoicing
Perform verification and reconciliation of account in timely manner.
Process, verify and reconcile input documentation.
Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data.
Maintain regular contacts with internal and external customers to proactively update folio data.
Administrative tasks as required.
Back up and Reception replacement.
Receiving guests and bringing them to board rooms
Being in charge of ordering any coffee/drinks, food required at meeting
Setting up and cleaning up boardroom
Qualifications required
Master the French and English languages, both orally and in writing;
Basic Account knowledge of Accounting functions
Comfortable working in a computerized environment and mastering the software of the MS Office suite;
Knowledge of the travel industry is an asset
Sense of organization and management of priorities;
Customer service approach;
Sense of autonomy and initiative;
Judgment, maturity and discretion;
Sense of analysis, good judgment and a spirit of synthesis;
