Your Opportunity:
There are 2 positions available. The successful incumbent will assist Property Managers in managing the day-to-day operations of AHS owned and leased properties with established maintenance, operational and quality standards. This consists of coordinating service calls with external contractors and AHS user groups at various non-acute sites. Regular client follow-ups are conducted to ensure compliance, client satisfaction and asset integrity to provide a high level of customer service. Receive and respond to service requests. Generally, they are submitted by email, but if urgent, by telephone as well. These are triaged and dispatched accordingly either to the landlord (if a leased space) or to a contractor (if owned). Support Property Managers in specific tasks such as attending meetings, taking minutes, or assisting with projects as assigned by the Property Managers. Respond to user group questions, providing general customer service and assistance in contacting other internal departments. Create purchase orders for service requests, ordering of goods, utility payments. Manage a preventative and corrective maintenance program (i.e. monthly statistics, fire extinguisher maintenance, sump cleaning, tracking, etc.). Other responsibilities as required.
