The Calgary Zone Medical Affairs team has over 3600 Medical staff to support the healthcare of 1.3 million Albertans. As the Administrative Support IV, you will provide specialized clinical administrative support to organize and coordinate the clinical duties of various residents within the department. The role requires strong administrative support skills, careful judgement and active knowledge of priorities and current issues to be successful. Superior communication and problem solving skills are necessary to manage and resolve complex and confidential situations where impact of error could be high. This role provides an enticing flexible part time schedule.
