Reporting to the Manager of the Edmonton TB Clinic, the Admin Support Clerk III is essential to the clinic's operations, providing crucial reception and appointment scheduling services in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a dynamic and efficient individual who excels in time management, communication, and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience working with immigrant populations and non-English speaking clients, ensuring that all interactions are handled with sensitivity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide reception services to clients, families, and callers. Register and check in clients upon arrival. Collect demographic information and relevant care data from clients. Coordinate all appointment scheduling for specific visit types. Monitor and manage client waiting lists effectively. Ensure that clients are scheduled within prioritization and waitlist timeframes. Contribute to ongoing quality improvement projects in the clinic. The successful applicant will be required to complete 5 weeks of orientation.
