Your Opportunity:Provides a variety of mail room and scanning duties such as receiving, open/counting incoming mails. Sorting and scanning invoices/documents in system. Gather and prepare all outgoing mail and perform filling duties. Successful Candidate will work in Kofax/Mark view and Oracle ERP system. Receive and open daily incoming mails, sort, and count and date stamp. Maintain Accounts Payable provincial email addresses for vendors email (Invoices & Statements). Prepare batches to scan into ERP system. Attach follow up documents to oracle record. Gather and prepare all outgoing mail. Determined placement of scanned document as per AHS retention policy. Retrieves invoices from ERP System for internal or external reporting requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.Description:As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
