General Administrative Duties

Prepare, edit, and distribute internal communications, reports, and documentation.
Handle data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of digital and physical filing systems.
Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and basic bookkeeping or reporting tasks.
Monitor company email inboxes, prioritize messages, and ensure timely responses.
Office & Team Coordination
Support onboarding of new employees, contractors, or clients by managing documentation and orientation materials.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company initiatives (in-person or virtual).
Maintain an organized flow of information between departments and management.
Assist in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones.
Support HR or operations teams with administrative processes when needed.
Communication & Customer Service
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft professional correspondence, emails, and client responses as requested.
Provide friendly, efficient customer service and follow up on inquiries or requests.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications. Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred (in business administration or related field).
1-3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or executive assistance.
Experience working in a fast-paced or professional services environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with office management software, scheduling tools, and CRMs (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
