Procor Limited manages Canada\xe2\x80\x99s largest private tank car lease fleet and operates an extensive repair network across the country. The fleet has grown to include more than 30,500 special purpose tank and freight cars. Procor also operates 27 repair locations servicing the petroleum, petrochemicals, plastics, chemicals, fertilizers, and food markets. Reporting to the Director, Regional Operations, the Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for the overall billing and administration for Field Services. Overseeing and leading the administration team ensuring accuracy of billing and exceptional customer service is achieved. Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Develop administration team and ensure appropriate staffing levels. \xc2\xb7 Customer service, with both internal and external customers \xc2\xb7 Audit accuracy of team\xe2\x80\x99s write ups and invoicing. \xc2\xb7 Liaison with Shop Supervisors to ensure accurate billing. \xc2\xb7 Month end processing \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Finance team for billing audits. \xc2\xb7 Set up accounts for customers. \xc2\xb7 Work with Commercial and Operations teams to create customer estimates as required. \xc2\xb7 Submit required metrics and documentation in a timely manner. \xc2\xb7 Manage material and inventory records to ensure accurate billing. \xc2\xb7 Other related responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Eligible to work in Canada. \xc2\xb7 Post-secondary education related to administration and / or relevant experience will be considered. \xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience leading a team in an administration capacity. \xc2\xb7 Strong computer skills including experience with Office 365 \xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus \xc2\xb7 Detail oriented \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work well while under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Requirement to travel with overnight stays (10%).
