The Opportunity



SOAR Community Services is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Administrative Supervisor to lead and coordinate administrative support across multiple departments. This key leadership role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports the Senior Leadership Team, and facilitates communication with the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role plays a vital part in maintaining agency standards and contributing to strategic initiatives. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional or executive assistant seeking flexible hours and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their community.

What You'll Do



Supervise and coach administrative staff, fostering growth and ensuring effective team communication Coordinate administrative workflows and tasks across departments Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and assist with Board communications and meeting logistics Maintain and update agency policies, procedures, and documentation systems Collaborate with human resources to coordinate staff training, maintain records, and provide backup support for tasks such as preparing job postings and managing administrative documentation Assist with accreditation activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and agency policies Track and manage office supplies across multiple sites Collaborate on agency events and maintain promotional inventory Facilitate administrative team meetings and ensure equitable task distribution Provide occasional reception coverage and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and guests

What You Bring



College Diploma in business administration, office management, or related field Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative leadership/executive support Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must have access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required

Starts at $27.73 per hour, progressing to $30.43 per hour
