to join our team.
In this key role, you will be a trusted collaborator and problem-solver, supporting organizational operations, people, and initiatives that contribute directly to SPARK's success and impact.
Wage Range:
$21.00 - $26.00 (based on education and experience)
Employment Status:
Full Time; Permanent
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
Collaborate with the Executive, Leadership Team, and departments on SPARK initiatives, events, projects, and production work
Create, maintain, and manage organizational documents and records
Provide general reception and office support
Ensure professional written and verbal communication across the organization
Human Resources
Support the employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and administrative HR processes
Occupational Health & Safety
Support the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee
Assist with compliance, documentation, and reporting
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with special initiatives and fundraising events
Manage organizational technology assets in collaboration with IT support
Utilize Microsoft Office and Canva for documentation and communication materials
The Role Requires

Qualifications and Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent administrative experience
Experience and/or education in Human Services (an asset)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Canva (asset)
Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
