Job Description

An Administrative Assistant candidate must show friendly and professional attitude at all times. Daily duties will include:

Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Will be trained to use internal software to schedule and track vehicles during the repair process. Look after Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong knowledge of Excel and Math; experience with Quickbooks is an asset. Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license. Work hours will be 9 am to 5 pm two days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
