We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk responsibilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various office software to create a welcoming environment for clients and support internal teams effectively.

Duties



Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Assist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and handling mail Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries and resolve issues Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

Qualifications



Proven clerical or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing, and file management Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and organizational abilities Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally Attention to detail with proofreading and document review capabilities Multi-lingual would be an asset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
