We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Professional. This position will be based out of one of our New Brunswick operations.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
• 2 years of administrative support experience
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up contracts/agreements
• Data entry
• Run/enter contract bonuses
• Run weekly reports
• Set up new producers in E1
• Support divisional team as required
• Support divisional initiatives related to purchase wood & purchase stumpage
• Support other administrative team members (log/residue sales)
