Administrative & Operations Assistant
to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. Training will be provided, and there is opportunity to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the pharmacy team
Manage scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office tasks
Assist with pharmacy operations and workflow coordination
Learn and use pharmacy and office technologies/software
Take on increasingly complex tasks as training progresses
Various tasks including outbox clearing, organization, inventory and data-entry
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to changing needs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous pharmacy experience is an asset

Salary is negotiable
based on experience
