ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER HUMAN RESOURCES (REPLACEMENT)

NATURE OF THE WORK
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources the chosen candidate will be responsible for management duties pertaining to the technical and administrative activities required for the operation of one or more programs or activities within an administrative unit.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES may include:
Collaborate with other staff members in preparing, developing, administrating a plan and procedures related to his or her sector of activity and ensure that they are applied.
Planning, organizing and execution of various technical and administrative activities in his or her sector of activity.
Participate in determining work priorities
Carry out or supervise the execution of activities for which he or she is responsible.
Support, as required, the administrators of the school board by providing them with pertinent information.
Manage and evaluate staff under his or her responsibility.
Report training needs of the staff under his or her responsibility.
Maintain effective communications with other sectors, administrative units and institutions.
Assume any other responsibility compatible with his or her function that may be assigned to him or her by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
The chosen candidate will have:
Diploma of college studies in a relevant field of study
Four years of relevant experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Effective communication skills in English and French (written & verbal)
Ability to work and learn autonomously and in teams
Strong computer skills. Knowledge of PAIE GRH an asset
Ability to respect deadlines and deal with matters associated to various collective agreements and participate in their application.

SALARY RANGE AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is classified as level 2 with remuneration and working conditions as per the Regulations respecting the Conditions of Employment of Management Staff of School Boards .
Salary range: $52,402 - $69,868

Collaborer avec daEUR(TM)autres membres du personnel a preparer, rediger et administrer un plan et des procedures relies a son secteur daEUR(TM)activite et veiller a ce quaEUR(TM)ils soient appliques.
Planifier, organiser et accomplir diverses taches techniques et administratives dans son secteur daEUR(TM)activite.
Participer a etablir des priorites de travail.
Executer ou superviser laEUR(TM)execution de taches dont il ou elle est responsable.
Soutenir au besoin les cadres de la commission scolaire en leur fournissant laEUR(TM)information pertinente.
Diriger et evaluer le personnel sous sa responsabilite.
Signaler les besoins de formation du personnel sous sa responsabilite.
Entretenir des communications efficaces avec daEUR(TM)autres secteurs, unites administratives et etablissements.
Assumer toute autre responsabilite compatible avec ses fonctions qui peuvent lui atre attribuees par son superieur immediat.
QUALIFICATIONS:
La candidate ou le candidat choisi doit detenir :
Un diplame daEUR(TM)etudes collegiales dans un domaine daEUR(TM)etudes pertinent
Quatre ans daEUR(TM)experience pertinente
COMPa?TENCES REQUISES :
Capacites de communication efficace en anglais et en franaais (a laEUR(TM)ecrit et a laEUR(TM)oral)
Capacite de travailler et daEUR(TM)apprendre de faaon autonome et en equipe
Solides competences en informatique. Connaissance de PAIE GRH un atout.
Capacite de respecter des echeances et de traiter les sujets associes a diverses conventions collectives et de participer a leur application.
