Administrative Director
to support the day-to-day operations of our church office and ministries.
Position Summary
The Administrative Director plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of church operations. This individual will manage administrative tasks, coordinate communication, support ministry leaders, and maintain records with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to pastoral staff and ministry leaders
Manage church communications including emails, newsletters, bulletins, and social media updates
Maintain accurate records including membership, attendance, donations, and meeting minutes
Coordinate facility usage and scheduling for church events and external bookings
Assist with financial administration such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports
Welcome visitors and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism
Support volunteer coordination and assist with event planning and logistics
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with church management software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
A heart for ministry and alignment with the church's mission and values
