We are a growing plumbing, heating, and HVAC service company based in Edmonton seeking a reliable and organized
Administrative Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to manage day-to-day office operations. This role is critical to supporting field operations by handling customer communication, scheduling, and administrative paperwork, allowing the owner and technicians to focus on service delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and interested in working in the skilled trades industry.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers
Book and confirm service appointments using Housecall Pro
Schedule and coordinate service calls
Follow up on missed calls and customer inquiries
Receive and organize invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
Enter invoices and bills into Housecall Pro and QuickBooks Online
Attach invoices to corresponding jobs and maintain accurate records
Organize receipts, job notes, and documentation
Prepare clean and accurate records for the bookkeeper
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers and vendors
Requirements
Customer service or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Willingness to learn basic plumbing, heating, and HVAC terminology
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.90 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
