Job Description

Ridge Crest Orthodontics is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team!

Experience with dental reception is an asset. Position is for 4 days per week, no evenings or weekends. Office is in Winnipeg but will require travel to Steinbach 1 day per week. Please send cover letter and resume.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Assist with document preparation, including typing, proofreading, and editing
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental office claims is a plus
- Knowledge of customer support practices

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of our business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
