Position Summary:



The Administrative Coordinator manages daily production labels through the Dynamic system, ensures accurate and timely distribution, provides front-desk support, and coordinates communication between departments. Additional responsibilities include supporting Production, Customer Service, and HR teams with scanning, filing, document delivery, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:



Label & Production Management

Print, sort, staple and deliver daily labels; attach notes or memos as required Maintain printers, paper, ink, and other supplies; report any system or printing issues
Front Desk & Visitor Support

Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and ensure safety procedures Respond to door buzzers and maintain a professional reception area Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing documents
General Administrative Assistance

Support Production, Customer Service, HR and other teams as needed Deliver labels, memos, and documents between departments Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:



Strong attention to detail. Comfortable with computers and basic software. Reliable, organized, and able to multitask. Friendly, professional communication skills. Previous admin or production support experience is an asset (not required). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
