Responsibilities
Assign and schedule jobs.
Managing daily operations; ensure that work flows smoothly for installation crews.
Motivate the team, demonstrate and enforce high working standards.
Ensuring all Health & Safety rules are met and support preventive measures to improve overall H&S standards.
Make and confirm purchase orders, and control inventory.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage and evaluate equipment and resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
Ensure high quality installation standards are met.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Five or more years' experience in administration; construction and specifically glass experience will be given first priority.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-directed, results orientated and able to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to work in a 'hands-on' capacity.
Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of people and provide leadership to all levels of operation.
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online and CRM experience an asset.
