Blue Moon Academy of Music and Arts $17.50-$18.50 per hour
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our academy. The admin's duties include offering administrative support for the academy such as welcoming guests and students who visit the academy, coordinating front-desk activities including replying to emails and answering phone calls, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the academy's spaces, as well as assisting in lesson sales.
Please note: We require an admin for both our Richmond Hill (L4C 1T7) and North York (M2K 1G4) locations. Candidates who have a car and can easily commute between both locations will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests/students when they arrive at the academy
Processing customer payments and updating student accounts
Efficient Scheduling and Coordinating of Classes and Programs with both the students and the teachers
Ensure the school environment is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
Create and Manage regular email campaigns for marketing and advertisement
Managing and updating our Website and Social Media accounts
Other admin-related tasks as needed
