Administrative Coordinator Olsen Consulting is looking for an Administrative Coordinator who is collaborative, cross-functional, resourceful, organized, eager to learn, and high-energy. Does that sound like you?
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Schedule and coordinate calendar appointments, team meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes.
  • Attend meetings, document minutes, draft follow up email.
  • Develop, enhance, and document processes.
  • Prepare travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
  • Source and book training, team building and other events.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary Diploma
  • Working experience in lieu of diploma may be considered.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; strength in organizing and coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong ability to execute tasks to completion in a timely manner.
  • High degree of familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Resourceful - able to work independently.
  • Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
  • Agility \xe2\x80\x93 able to respond swiftly to new or shifting priorities and goals
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, collaborate, and contribute meaningfully.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Preferred (but not required): Knowledge of or a background in technology, IT, software, data and analytics. This would help you understand the nature of our business, marketing and business development initiatives.
