We're a forward-thinking residential construction company looking for an

Administrative Coordinator

who's ready to make an impact. You'll play a key role in ensuring our projects, systems, and client relationships stay on track.

What You'll Do



This isn't your typical desk job; you'll have your hands in every part of our business operations:

Accounting & Finance Support



Enter and organize vendor bills, track payments, and follow up as needed Prepare and send client invoices with accuracy and professionalism Keep project budgets and financial data clean, current, and transparent

Estimating & Selections



Send bid requests to vendors and trades for upcoming projects Assist with creating and sending out Selection Documents and POs Maintain up-to-date records of trade partners, architects, and suppliers

Database & Project Management



Ensure all project documents are uploaded and organized in our system Keep lead databases and contact lists current and complete Support the team in maintaining clear, efficient workflows

Systems, Scheduling & Operations



Help our team and trade partners make the most of our software tools Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, and support project scheduling Prepare safety boards, jobsite binders, and other project documentation Assist with maintaining internal systems, templates, and processes

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in the residential construction industry;

experience working for a custom home builder a bonus You're

tech-savvy;

comfortable navigating project management and accounting tools like QuickBooks, BuilderTrend, JobTread, or similar You have a

sharp eye for detail

and take pride in getting things right You're

resourceful, adaptable, and a strong communicator

You take ownership of your work and

love being part of a collaborative team

You

live within the Barrie-Muskoka area

; in person work will sometimes be required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
