to become the operational hub of our Mississauga office. We are a startup building the future of touch technology (haptics) for VR, gaming, and consumer tech. About You

Tech-Savvy:
You don't just use software; you master it. You leverage AI (like ChatGPT) to speed up workflows.

You treat the office like it's your own. You anticipate issues before they become problems.
Detail-Oriented:
You understand that presentation matters, whether it's a slide deck or a package going to a VIP client.
Fast-Thinking:
Uncertainty doesn't scare you. When plans change (and they will), you pivot instantly and find a solution.
The Role: Office MVP
No two days will be the same. You will work behind the scenes as the backbone of our operations, touching everything from Logistics to Marketing Research.
Global Fulfillment & Logistics:
Manage the packaging and shipping of high-tech haptic samples to global clients, including Fortune 500 companies. You ensure every package leaves the office looking professional and arriving on time.
Market Research:
Support the marketing and sales teams by conducting deep-dive research for new campaigns and potential partners.
Champion Office Culture:
Coordinate team lunches, holiday parties, and team-building activities. You ensure the office is a place people enjoy working.
Master the Operations:
Manage calendars, book appointments, and handle travel arrangements. You also handle expense tracking, invoicing, and ensuring we are stocked with supplies.
On-the-Move:
Run local errands (supplies, bank, etc.) to keep the physical office running smoothly.
Qualifications
Experience:
1+ year of related experience (admin, marketing).
Communication Excellence:
Superior command of the English language (Written & Spoken). You must be able to draft professional, error-free communications with perfect grammar and tone.
Tech Stack:
Proficiency in Google GSuite is a must. Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) is a major advantage.
Education:
Post-secondary diploma (Business or related field preferred).
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for local errands (mileage/expenses reimbursed).
Bonus Assets
Working proficiency in Chinese.
Familiarity with the Toronto startup ecosystem.
