- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in system
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Manage office supplies and parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
Skills:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with accuracy
- Familiarity with computerized systems including Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
