is a Montreal-based Intermediate Resource (RI) with multiple locations and a ~30-person team. We support adults (18+) with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and co-occurring mental-health needs in warm, family-style homes. About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Administrative Coordinator

to support the day-to-day operations of our residential homes for individuals with special needs. This role is essential to keeping our homes running smoothly by managing schedules, handling documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring compliance with administrative requirements.

As the Administrative Coordinator, you'll work closely with management and staff, balancing routine administrative tasks with projects that directly impact resident care and operational efficiency. This is a

full-time, on-site position

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the operations team (scheduling, data entry, correspondence). Maintain staff records, payroll submissions, and expense tracking. Organize meetings, prepare reports, and manage internal communications. Assist with compliance documentation and licensing requirements. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Support the onboarding and training of new staff. Help streamline office systems and processes.

Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in administrative, office support, or coordination roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Clear communication skills (written and verbal). Comfort working in a care environment that serves individuals with special needs. Bilingual English/French Driver's license and access to a vehicle

Preferred (assets, not required):



Diploma or certification in

Office Administration, Business Administration, or Executive Office Support

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)

or

CAP (Certified Administrative Professional)

Salary & Growth

Competitive salary range of

$42,000 - $60,000 CAD annually
