JOB DESCRIPTION ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

80% of this team member's time should be spent ensuring the accurate and timely completion of assigned administrative tasks and support the success of the Administration Team by helping to meet accounting deadlines, and supervising the reception area at the Milton facility.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Answer calls from the inbound phone line and forward callers accordingly

Pickup mail daily at the post office / receive and sort mail

Greet guests and follow all visitor check-in & CTPAT security procedures.

Verify inventory and order all office supplies, kitchen items, and coffee weekly, and ensuring everything is put away and organized accordingly

Update the internal phone listing as required

Coordinate outgoing mail, and Purolator packages Monitor requests in the pod@onereimer.com inbox and address accordingly

Assist the Billing Coordinator with indexing and printing any POD's, and processing of invoices that are assigned to you, or unassigned

Assist the Administration Manager & Administration team members with month-end activities or ad-hoc projects as assigned

Other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager

EDUCATION, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Ontario Secondary School Diploma, or GED Equivalent English Literacy; French Literacy an asset 0-2 Years' Experience - Administration 0-2 Years' Experience - Transportation & Logistics Industry an asset Exceptional Oral & Written Communication Skills Detail Oriented Strong time management skills required Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general knowledge of computer and internet-based applications Flexible Availability - Must be able to work in an 'on-call' environment for short periods (i.e., occasional 'on-call' status, department coverage, as required by the Senior Leadership Team)

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
