This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and is confident handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. You'll play an important part in keeping both our internal operations and client experience running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently
Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries from clients, partners, and service providers
Schedule appointments, meetings, property viewings, and other calendar items for team members
Maintain organized office files, records, and documents
Prepare, proofread, and manage reports, forms, and correspondence
Support marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media platforms
Help design marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, social media posts, etc.)
Manage basic data entry and keep client databases current and organized
Assist in planning events
Occasionally run errands or prepare small client gifts
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Canva (or willing to learn)

Administrative experience is a bonus!
