JTA Trading Ltd. is a rapidly growing food import and distribution company specializing in bringing high-quality Asian consumer products to the Canadian market. We work closely with major retail partners and suppliers to introduce authentic, innovative, and trend-driven products to consumers across the country.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator who can also support our team with light graphic design tasks related to packaging and product development.
Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delta, BC.
The successful candidate will primarily support administrative operations, office coordination, and order management, while also assisting with basic graphic design and packaging updates when required.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to maintain accuracy across multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Coordination
Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment
Manage office supplies, documentation, filing, and general administrative support
Assist with internal workflow coordination and communications
Provide administrative assistance to management and team members
Sales Order Management & Vendor Communication
Process and monitor daily sales orders
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and retailers
Track order progress, follow up on timelines, and ensure accuracy
Support basic inventory coordination and data entry tasks
Graphic Design Support
Assist with updates to product labels, packaging designs, and compliance information
Prepare or modify artwork for print when required
Support marketing materials or product presentations as needed
Qualifications
Full-time availability and ability to work on-site in North Delta, BC
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
Valid Class 5 driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign (for design support)
Previous administrative, office coordination, or order-processing experience is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $40,000-$45,000
