YOUR ROLE:
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting senior management in their daily activities;
  • Coordinating various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
  • Managing the calendar by closely monitoring priorities;
  • Following up on calls and emails;
  • Drafting communications (email and letters), documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • DEP in secretarial studies or equivalent combination of training and relevant experience;
  • Experience in a similar role as an Administrative coordinator, in a professional services environment, an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
