Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing calendars? Greenfox Windows & Doors is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to coordinate installations, service calls, and deliveries while keeping operations on track.

In this role, you'll manage schedules, confirm appointments, and coordinate with vendors and installers to ensure projects run smoothly and customers stay informed.
What you'll do
Enter shipping and installation details into our CRM (MarketSharp) and build accurate schedules
Coordinate with suppliers and installation teams on timelines
Issue and track work orders to ensure completion and documentation
Schedule customer measurements and confirm appointments
Monitor calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adjust as needed
Respond promptly to staff and customer inquiries
Support process improvements and training initiatives
What you bring
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration (preferred)
CRM knowledge (MarketSharp an asset)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
What we offer
Full-time salaried position
Hourly rate at $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
