PacLease, Edmonton Kenworth Ltds. Full Service Leasing Division is looking for an for our award winning East Edmonton location, who is responsible for providing ongoing support to the various departments in the dealership. This includes completing administrative tasks in support of the Lease & Sales departments. The position will also be asked to cover front desk reception. The role may be asked to complete a variety of tasks during the day to ensure that optimal customer service is provided to our various customers.
Responsibilities
Front desk reception to ensure that phone calls are handled professionally and efficiently
Provide administrative support to the Lease & Sales departments
Supporting the leasing team by ensuring proper paperwork is processed, and filled out in accordance with EDMKW procedure
Position will be required to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable requests in accordance with EDMKW procedure
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year experience in an administrative support function
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong computing skills
