Atlantic Wealth Management (AWM) is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
This permanent, full-time position is 100% in-office and will report to the Chief of Staff.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications
This job requires post-secondary education and minimum of three years' industry experience. The candidate must have a solid foundation/knowledge of investment and life insurance processes and procedures. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products. Strong communication and organizational skills are a necessity with the ability to adapt quickly to daily changes and distractions. This position requires discretion and a commitment to respecting confidentiality.
Desired Qualifications
An ideal candidate will be highly professional, a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service, excited to play a critical role in a fast-paced practice and contribute to the success of AWM. Insurance and mutual fund licensed considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Review, process, and follow-up on applications and client service requests.
Schedule and prepare material for client meetings.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Run insurance illustrations.
Manage all necessary documentation for client base and keep up to date with compliance regulations.
