We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support operations across our five McDonald's locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys bringing structure to dynamic workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage restaurant work orders and support tickets using the MaintainX platform
Communicate with restaurant teams to gather necessary details (photos, videos, descriptions) to help prioritize repairs and resolve issues efficiently
Contact vendors for quotes and assist with organizing invoices and service reports.
Prepare meeting agendas, send calendar invites, and take minutes during internal meetings
Maintain our internal task management system by adding tasks, updating progress, and supporting restaurant teams with follow-ups
Create simple social media posts (e.g., product launches or announcements); no prior experience required
Perform general office duties including checking mail, ordering supplies, and light cleaning
Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets
Previous experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms or content creation
