We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to assist and support our Director, Case Management Services at WorkSafeBC in our Richmond head office.The case management services department is responsible for safe, timely, and sustainable recovery and return-to-work planning for workers with primary physical injuries and any compensable consequences such as mental health or chronic pain. They also adjudicate continuing health care entitlements for injured workers following the conclusion of wage-loss benefits. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll use a high level of discretion and tact in handling confidential and sensitive management information related to WorkSafeBC\xe2\x80\x99s operations and regulations. If you have administrative experience supporting Director level operations, exceptional interpersonal ability, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and effective organizational skills and can execute a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, this role is for you!How you\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference: You\xe2\x80\x99ll assist the Case Management Services department in providing compassionate, supportive service to people injured at work.Where you\xe2\x80\x99ll workAt WorkSafeBC, we offer a model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work primarily from our Richmond office a minimum of three times per week and have some flexibility to work from your home in B.C.
