Administrative Coordinator
to join our team.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient handling of documentation and operational records. This role includes coordinating the flow of information, maintaining accurate data and files, and supporting day-to-day operational processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Collect and organize daily delivery paperwork by service type
Verify that delivery information is complete and accurate, and report any issues to the appropriate department
Communicate with drivers when follow-up is needed
Scan and save delivery documents and records
Enter and update delivery information, costs, and related charges in company systems ((Logirack and Vega)
Save proof of delivery documents for customer and billing purposes
Review hourly drivers' work hours to ensure accuracy
Perform other administrative duties as required
Experience in an administrative or office role, preferably in logistics or transportation
Required Qualifications
2 years experience in a similar administrative role
Experience in the transport and logistics field (an asset)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliability, with the ability to handle confidential information
