Overview


We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Administrator to join our team!


As an

Administration Coordinator

, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position provides essential support across multiple areas--including project coordination, finance, health and safety, and office management.

You'll be the backbone of our administrative processes, ensuring accuracy in records and reporting systems while supporting internal teams to deliver exceptional results. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy making things work seamlessly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!

Head Office Reporting

Support reporting platforms including ATRIA, Sustainability, Document Control, Taxonomy, and JIRA Office Administration Schedule and long training sessions Coordinate meetings (e.g. JOSH), prepare materials, and take minutes Track and manage absence reports including sick leave and WCB claims Handle confidential matter related to substance testing and disability management.Communication and Records Management Receive, track and distribute mail and courier items Maintain Health & Safety documentation, training records, and incident files Reporting and Compliance Prepare timely and accurate H&S dashboards and reports Assist with compliance-related tasks and safety awareness initiatives General Support Provide professional, responsive support to various departments Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned Other duties as related with the role

Required Skills and Competencies

Degree or diploma in a related field, or a combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience in a similar role Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal and customer service skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement Familiarity with Collective Agreements and employment legislation is an asset Energetic, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
